Loveland - The Sweetheart City
Loveland, Colorado is known nation wide as the sweetheart city. Every February there is a service to postmark Valentines Day cards with a special postmark with a cupid and special message. The city of Loveland is well known for supporting the arts with numerous sculpture parks and art galleries.
The city is also known as the "gateway to the Rockies". Just west of the city is the Big Thompson Canyon. A short drive up the canyon is the small village of Estes Park, Colorado and Rocky Mountain National Park. |
