If you are selling investment property we have a low commission of 1½%.
After You Have Found the Property
We provide a comprehensive approach to investing. We deal with all parties involved in the transaction including the buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, inspectors and everyone else with an interest in the property. We coordinate all the activities of each of these parties until the entire process is complete including all paperwork, deadlines, inspections and negotiations necessary to complete the deal. We do all of this to relieve our customers of the stress so often associated with real estate transactions.
